NON-CUSTODIAL PRE-EXECUTION GATING
In financial, transactional, and distributed ledger deployments, Known Systems functions strictly as an execution-verification boundary between proposed actions and final commitment.
- Known Systems does not custody, hold, manage, or transfer digital assets, fiat currency, private keys, or ledger balances on behalf of any entity.
- Our platform verifies proposed actions against pre-set rules; final state settlement occurs entirely on the client's underlying network or ledger.
PATENTS, TRADEMARKS & PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
All software, architectures, systems, algorithms, models, trademarks, logos, documentation, and visual designs published on this Website are the proprietary intellectual property of Known Systems.
Key architectures and technologies are subject to active patent filings. No licence, right, title, or interest is granted under these Terms without a formal, written commercial enterprise agreement executed by an authorised officer of Known Systems.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
