- Zero AI Model Training: Zero customer transaction records, data payloads, or communications are ever pooled, stored, or utilised for AI model training or third-party commercial algorithms.
- Tenant Isolation: Customer data and operational policies are strictly segregated with dedicated encryption keys and customer-managed access boundaries.
- No Commercial Data Monetisation: Known Systems does not sell, broker, or monetise client personal data or operational telemetry under any circumstances.
- Ephemeral Processing: Operational data evaluated at execution boundaries is processed ephemerally within secure environments with zero persistent consumer profiling.
DATA RETENTION & STATUTORY AUDIT RECORDS
Personal data collected for enquiries and operational administration is retained only for the duration necessary to fulfil the operational purpose or satisfy applicable statutory obligations. Audit records and logs are stored according to customer-configured retention policies and can be securely purged upon request.
UAE & INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Known Systems operates from Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 regarding Personal Data Protection.
